Do I need a technical background?
No. The processing is fully handled by our internal team. The profile we look for is communication, honesty and confidentiality.
What kinds of tasks can you handle?
Almost anything that involves documents or data — and the range keeps growing. If you're unsure, ask and we'll confirm.
Can I share my employer's data with you?
You must always comply with your employment contract and confidentiality obligations. Share only anonymised data or documents you are explicitly authorised to process via third-party tools. We provide the secure infrastructure; you remain responsible for data compliance.
How much can I earn?
You keep 100% of your salary from your employer or clients. Earnings grow as you take on more responsibility, secure additional roles, or manage higher capacities without increasing your own working hours.
How do I pay for the processing?
We operate on a transparent pay-as-you-go or monthly invoicing model based strictly on the volume of data we process for you. You receive your full income directly, and then settle a separate invoice with us. We never ask for access to your personal or employer's financial accounts.
Is it remote?
Yes — the role is fully remote and timezone-shaped, with clear scripts, rules and support from the team.
Is the service finished?
Doctask is under active development, and we're building it together with our partners. You get early access and a say in what we build next, and we share the outcomes with you.
What does the certification involve?
We equip you with the 'Front-Desk Playbook'. You will learn how to properly scope data tasks, manage client expectations and delivery schedules, and perform rigorous quality assurance before final submission. Passing the short test guarantees you understand the model.
What happens to my data?
We process applications under our privacy policy. Your details are used only to assess your application and are not shared with clients.
How secure is the processing?
Absolute privacy is our standard. Files are processed in isolated environments and permanently deleted immediately after the deliverable is returned to you. We do not store your source files or use them to train public AI models.
