Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect personal information submitted through this website.

This policy explains what personal information Doctask (a service of GMS Commercial Group Co., Limited) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written as general information and should be reviewed before launch.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through the contact and application forms on this site, together with limited technical information that is generated automatically when you visit.

  • Contact details you submit: name, email address, company and message.
  • Application details you submit: name, contact details, country, languages, current role, availability, a link to your CV or profile, and your motivation.
  • Technical data: pages viewed and general device information, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect only for the purposes for which it was provided.

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
  • To assess applications to the Early Access program.
  • To operate, secure and improve this website.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for form submissions), our legitimate interests (for security and improving the site), and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver services, and only to the extent necessary. These providers are bound to protect your information.

Documents and data you route to us

When you send documents or data for processing, you share them in the same way you would with any other software you use at work — only what the task needs. This applies whether the material is your own or belongs to a client or employer you act for.

We handle that material strictly as a processor: we use it only to produce the result you asked for, and we keep it confidential. We do not use your source files or client data to train public AI models. Where a task requires it, we can remove personal information before anything is shared.

Retention and Zero-Retention Policy

We keep personal information (such as your application details) only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Application data is retained for the duration of the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards.

For the files and data you route to us for processing, we operate a strict Zero-Retention policy. Your source files are permanently deleted from our processing environments immediately after the requested outcome is delivered to you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive material, isolated processing environments, and strict access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Evolving service

Doctask is under active development and is currently offered as an Early Access service. As the platform evolves, how we process data may change; we will keep this policy up to date and, where appropriate, let participants know about material changes.
